On a freshly cleaned face, apply the toner with a cotton pad or cottonball. Apply enough toner to the cotton so that it can easily glide across the skin. Move the applicator gently in small circles across the face and giving extra attention and care to the the cheeks, nose, chin and forehead. Avoid your eyes, nostrils and mouth. Repeat if needed. Wait a couple of minutes to apply a moisturizing product after this procedure. Replace the cap after use to avoid evaporation.
